ResiAP™ - The Resident Amenity Portal is a resident amenity and community-management platform used by property management companies, property owners, portfolio operators, and their residents. This policy explains what information ResiAP may collect, how it is used, when it is shared, and how to request access or deletion.
We use information to provide and secure ResiAP; authenticate accounts; associate residents with properties; schedule and approve reservations; manage amenities, workspaces, events, RSVPs, attendance, awards, announcements, bulletin content, office closure notices, and housekeeping notifications; process required forms and signatures; provide customer support; administer subscriptions and portfolio billing; send transactional email or SMS messages when authorized; prevent abuse; troubleshoot; and produce property or portfolio-level operational analytics. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Your property management company or property owner may create or manage your resident record, view information needed to administer the property, approve reservations, review submitted forms, manage community content, and respond to support or deletion requests. Portfolio administrators may view information and aggregated operational metrics for properties within their authorized portfolio. ResiAP provides role-based access controls and does not give an administrator access beyond the permissions configured for that account.
Resident bulletin posts and their uploaded media are stored in a pending state for review by authorized property administrators. A post is not visible to the property community unless it is approved. Pending and rejected submissions may remain available to the submitting resident and authorized administrators for moderation, resubmission, abuse prevention, and property recordkeeping. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for these submissions, but they are removed with the account when the resident completes account deletion unless a legal or security requirement requires retention.
ResiAP may send transactional messages about invitations, reservation requests, approvals, events, reminders, housekeeping, guest stays, account security, or service changes. SMS is sent only where the recipient has provided the required consent. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unsubscribing from SMS may prevent delivery of some operational notices, but does not delete your account.
Data is stored with Supabase, our database, authentication, and file-storage provider. Signed waivers and other submitted documents are kept in restricted storage and are available only to authorized users who need them for the associated property or reservation. ResiAP also uses service providers for hosting and serverless infrastructure, transactional communications, payment processing, and operational support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to ResiAP and its customers. When error monitoring is enabled, ResiAP uses Sentry to process technical error and performance diagnostics; default collection of personally identifying information is disabled. If you obtain the mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google may independently process app-download, purchase (if applicable), device-diagnostic, crash, or performance information under their own privacy policies. ResiAP does not control that platform-level processing.
We share information with the property or portfolio administrators authorized to manage the relevant property, with service providers described above, and when necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect the security of ResiAP or its users, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to a valid legal process. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
While signed in, use Delete Account in your profile settings to permanently delete your ResiAP login and account data. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Your profile, residency records, rewards, bulletin posts and associated media, and resident notifications are deleted. Personal contact details on reservation records are anonymized, and workspace bookings associated with your account are deleted. Signed waiver submissions and their files are retained for 7 years after the associated reservation, and other records may be retained where required for accounting, safety, disputes, legal compliance, or security. Staff accounts and accounts with outstanding administrative records must contact support@resiap.com to arrange deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or a copy of personal information associated with your account.
We use administrative, technical, and access-control measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as ResiAP changes. When an update is material, we will post the revised policy and update the date above.
For privacy questions or requests, contact your property manager or ResiAP at support@resiap.com.
